General Terms of Sale
These conditions apply to all Ateliers 360 training and workshop services.
Article 1: Identification

Article 2: Scope
These General Terms of Sale apply to all services offered by Ateliers 360: educational workshops, training cycles, conferences and pedagogical support, as well as Passerelle Jeunesse mobility support and youth coordination missions. Any order implies unconditional acceptance of these terms.
Article 3: Services
Ateliers 360 provides two complementary activity areas. Ateliers 360: educational workshops in science, digital technology, robotics, AI, digital citizenship, training cycles, hackathons, trainer training and conferences. Passerelle Jeunesse: mobility support, trip coordination, administrative preparation of missions, and coordination with families, young people and partner organizations.
Article 4: Quote and order
Every service is subject to a written quote valid for 30 days. The order becomes firm upon receipt of the signed quote with the mention 'Bon pour accord' and, where applicable, the agreed deposit.
Article 5: Prices
Applicable prices are those shown in the accepted quote or current pricing page, expressed in euros including all charges. Ateliers 360 workshops, cycles and packs are priced according to format, duration, materials and travel. Passerelle Jeunesse missions are priced according to support duration, route, recurrence, administrative preparation and specific constraints. As a micro-enterprise benefiting from a VAT exemption, Ateliers 360 does not collect VAT.
Article 6: Payment terms
A deposit of 30% is required for amounts over €500. The balance is due upon receipt of the invoice, within 30 days net. Late payments incur legal penalties at the statutory rate plus 5 points, and a fixed indemnity of €40.
Article 7: Service conditions
For workshops, the client must provide a suitable space, a local contact person, necessary information and authorizations for minors. Ateliers 360 provides its standard equipment. For Passerelle Jeunesse missions, the client or legal guardian must provide before confirmation: young person's identity, legal guardians, emergency contacts, route, schedule, useful instructions, parental authorization and any information required for mission safety.
Article 8: Cancellation and rescheduling
For workshops: more than 7 days in advance, no penalty; between 48 hours and 7 days, 30% of the service price; less than 48 hours, 50%; same day, 80%. For Passerelle Jeunesse missions, late cancellations may lead to invoicing of reserved time, incurred expenses and non-recoverable costs. If Ateliers 360 cancels, unused amounts are refunded in full or the service may be rescheduled by agreement.
Article 9: Intellectual property
All educational materials remain the exclusive property of Ateliers 360. The client receives a non-exclusive right to use the materials only for the duration and purpose of the service. Participant creations belong to their authors.
Article 10: Liability
Ateliers 360 holds professional liability insurance. It cannot be held liable for damages resulting from the client's fault, a participant's fault, a third party, incomplete information provided before a Passerelle Jeunesse mission, or force majeure.
Article 11: Data protection
Data processing complies with GDPR and French data protection law. Because Passerelle Jeunesse missions may involve minors, some data required for safety and organization may be collected under a minimization principle. Data is kept only as long as necessary for the related purposes and is never transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Article 12: Confidentiality
Each party agrees not to disclose confidential information exchanged during the service. This obligation continues for two years after the end of the service.
Article 13: Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution within 30 days. Failing that, the competent courts shall apply.
Article 14: Miscellaneous
If any clause is declared null or unenforceable, the remaining clauses remain in force. Ateliers 360 reserves the right to amend these terms. The applicable version is the one in force on the signature date of the quote.
